What's Included?
The prize includes up to £1,000 worth of refurbishment and compliance works, tailored to your property’s needs. Depending on the winning property, this may include deep cleaning, painting and decorating, carpet replacement, fire doors, interlinked smoke and heat alarms, window restrictors, general maintenance, minor repairs and other essential compliance improvements.
Every property is different, so the final scope of works will be determined following an assessment by the RSK Lettings team.
The refurbishment prize is only available to winners who proceed with a minimum 3-year Guaranteed Rent or Property Management Agreement with RSK Lettings Ltd or an approved property management company appointed by RSK Lettings.(Promotion Terms & Conditions.)
